According to family accounts, Josphate was travelling in a timber transport convoy headed toward Juba when armed attackers struck between Jambo and Lui at around 10 a.m.
The convoy was reportedly moving through a section of the road that has previously experienced sporadic insecurity incidents.
Relatives said they learned of the attack after Josphate’s wife received a phone call informing her that her husband had been shot during the ambush. His body was later found inside one of the convoy vehicles following the incident.READ FULL STORY.
